Goochland Leadership Enterprise

Goochland Leadership Enterprise (GLE) is a volunteer program established in 1995. GLE's Goal is to develop, on an annual basis, a group of county citizens who will be motivated to participate in current and future county activities. Its Objectives are: Encourage program participants from all areas of the county to get involved in community activities. Expand citizen leadership potential by increasing their knowledge of Goochland County. Develop interactive participation and collaborative citizen involvement between program members and current community and local government leaders.

The Program consists of twelve sessions beginning in October. Most meetings are scheduled on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at various locations around the County with one daytime meeting at the State Capitol. Applications are being accepted now so apply early as the class size is limited.
