Goochland Schools' Wellness Night
Description
Goochland County Public Schools will be hosting a Wellness Night on 3/15/18 at Goochland High School at 6:30 p.m.! Guest presenters will tackle topics including mindfulness, healthy teen technology use, healthy eating habits, signs of mental health disorders and substance abuse, and more! Refreshments and childcare (for children 5 and older) provided!
