"Picture Your Success with a One-Page Business Model" Webinar
Don't get bogged down writing a lengthy business plan for your start-up. Begin instead by drafting a one-page business model - a tool that gives you a road map to a successful launch. In this session, you will learn how to: Complete a Business Model Canvas. Clearly define your product or service. Articulate your value proposition. Define your target market and customer segments. Outline the channel or channels you’ll use to reach customers. List the partners you will need to operate your business. State the steps you will follow to produce and forecast your revenues and expenses. SCORE Richmond has developed a one-of-a-kind workbook that can be used to develop your one-page plan in an easy and fun way. All attendees will receive a copy of this workbook. With this blueprint in hand, you will have mapped out the steps necessary to launch your business.
