Description
On April 28, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Goochland County Sheriff's Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will give the public an opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous, expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. Bring your pills for disposal to Fire-Rescue Company 5 at 2710 Fairground Rd., Goochland, VA 23063 or West Creek Emergency Center at 12720 Tuckahoe Creek Parkway, Henrico, VA 23238. The DEA cannot accept liquids, needles, or sharps, only pills or patches. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
