    Lunch and Learn with Tricia Dunlap, Esq. about the latest employment laws in effect regarding COVID 19 that went into effect on the 1st of September.  There are requirements for space, reporting, quarantine, PPE, company vehicles, etc.

    About Tricia Dunlap:
    At age 40, with two teenagers at home, Tricia leapt from teaching to law school at the University of Richmond and then began her legal career with McGuireWoods in 2012.  In 2015 she started Dunlap Law to satisfy her desire for greater freedom and her nerdy love for solving gnarly problems.  Dunlap Law is WBENC-certified as a woman-owned law firm.  It counsels a wide variety of clients on business law issues, and data privacy and cybersecurity.  Tricia earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and, for 2020-21, she serves as a co-chair of the IAPP’s KnowledgeNet Richmond chapter.  

    Tricia speaks and write frequently on data privacy and security, and corporate sustainability issues.  She has been published in Today’s General CounselBusiness Law Today, and Insights: The Corporate and Securities Law Advisor.  Recent speaking engagements include SWaMFest 2019, the Virginia Impact Investing Forum, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the University of Cincinnati.
