Katherine Cullen, Director of Retail & Consumer Insights for the National Retail Federation and Chris Wong, VP for Strategy & Partnerships for IBM, will be speaking on the importance of preparing for Gen Z now. They share important characteristics that make Gen Zers different from previous generations, the potential social and economic impact, and their role in today’s family purchasing.
We’ll also gain an understanding of how and why Gen Z shops, looking at how Gen Z purchase across different product categories and what that means for retailers, and what engages them when shopping either in stores or online.
