The challenge they face in the company is to continue to grow their customer base while simultaneously building a solid infrastructure of hardware, software and general operation systems.  To do so, they have partnered with companies like USA Technologies for cashless payment options and VendingZoo for cloud based vending software with mobile inventory apps for route drivers.  Additional industry challenges that require all operators to improvise, adapt and overcome include unattended micro market, water and office coffee service offerings and of course the current low unemployment rate.
