It was a bright, sunny Monday afternoon when Goochland Chamber helped organize the ribbon cutting and dedication for the new Goochland Farm Bureau office located on Route 522. The new building offers room for expansion. With 1,900 square feet, there is room to add another agent to the two who currently work there.

Wayne Pryor, Virginia Farm Bureau, President Steve Bostic, Goochland County President  and  Mark Jones, Agent Welcomed the guests and  shared some history of the VA Farm Bureau and Goochland Farm Bureau along with an overview of their involvement and support in the community.

Among those participating in the Ribbon Cutting were Paul Miller, Jim Parker, Patti Pryor, Wayne Pryor, Steve Bostic,  William Quarles and Ned Creasey.

The Chamber would like to thank Goochland Farm Bureau for the telephone system that they donated to the Goochland County Chamber of Commerce and Brewer Communications for installing the system and providing the office with lessons on how to use the system!
