If your ad is not print-ready or if you need to make changes to last year’s ad, you may contact your own source, or call us for recommendations. Businesses will be responsible to communicate with the ad designer in a timely manner in order to meet our deadlines. We need your ad on a CD or E-mail in PDF or JPEG format for publishing. This is not necessary if you are using the same exact ad as last year (same size & info). Just check on the order form: USING LAST YEAR’S AD WITHOUT ANY CHANGES and submit payment by one of the deadlines.
